J. Arthur is one of half of Chicago’s WHOevers (the one with the hat). He’s got a new project coming out with producer Jack Flash, and it’s a bit more on the R&B side. “Ya Eyes” is the project’s first offering, and I have to say it’s pretty solid. I wasn’t sure what exactly to expect, but the boy’s got range. Check it out below.
