[Video] Logan: “Came Up”

The passing of someone close can be a tough thing to overcome, but from pain can come great inspiration and drive also. That’s exactly the case for Logan –a newcomer to Ruby Hornet–and his single “Came Up”. Unfortunately, the Chicago emcee had to endure the death of a close friend recently, so he decided to dedicate this record to his fallen comrade. You can hear Logan spit with determination while also solemnly speak on the struggles his team has had to face lately. The moody and glum instrumental produced by Vela Seff strings along to Logan’s vocals as he enunciates every word with a heavy soul. This kid is promising and he seems focused, now more than ever, to churn out some great music in the near future. Peep the “Came Up” visual below and don’t bat an eye on him.

Directed by J.Krown.

Pedro Gonzalez is a based human-being, infatuated with Pizza and Hip-Hop. I write a lot about the latter. My Mom is disappointed.
