The footage comes courtesy of Fuel TV’s “The Daily Habit”, where Mos Def performed. Mos Def is right at home on Madlib’s jazzy and horn heavy production, delivering clever boasts, solid advice, and even crooning throughout the track. Mos also channeled BDP, and paid respects to Bucktown on his way of driving home his message of, “never mind how they got it, cause it’s not like me.”
