Mr. Muthafuckin’ eXquire was in Chicago earlier this year for a Digital Freshness performance and Closed Sessions recording. While we released one record from those sessions, “Good Pussy In Chicago”, we’ve kept the other record under tight lock and key. Last night on Twitter, I started getting hit up about the other song we recorded, “Lost In Transition”, which is produced by Mike Jaxx. At first I thought the song may have leaked and had a mini heart-attack. My blood pressure returned to normal after seeing that the song is still unreleased, and that eXquire recently performed it on the Eric Andre Show on Adult Swim at least he tried with hilarious consequences.
“Lost In Transition” will appear on Closed Sessions Vol. 2, which will be released with MTV2 Sucker Free debuting July 11th. The new documentary and music series also features L.E.P, Sir Michael Rocks, Action Bronson, Vic Mensa of Kids These Days, Raekwon, DJ Babu, Blu, CyHi The Prynce, Million $ Mano, and more.
