Yelawolf is a rabid performer. He goes to great lengths to give his fans a great show as well as great music. During SXSW word spread around that Yelawolf was not going to make the Shady Records showcase and he said on Twitter that he had ruptured his spleen in a serious injury, but not much else was really known about Yelawolf’s health problems.
