Will this be another summer of Lil’ Wayne? Think about the time period before Tha Carter III dropped, it was all Wayne all the time with a constant barrage of mixtapes and features. While we have a ways to go before Wayne becomes that prolific again, I certainly believe the demand and the audience are ready.
