Lollapalooza 25 Year Anniversary Lineup Announced
Celebrating 25 years as a world-renowned festival, Lollapalooza 25 Year Anniversary delivers an all-star lineup with Radiohead, Red Hot Chili Peppers, LCD Soundsystem, J. Cole, Lana Del Rey, Future, Ellie Goulding, Major Lazer and Disclosure topping the bill. Legacy acts from the early days of Lollapalooza will be front and center with the return of Jane's Addiction, fronted by Lollapalooza creator and founder Perry Farrell - with a set full of surprises, as well as Red Hot Chili Peppers, who headlined the festival in 1991 and 1992 respectively.
"I've immersed myself in this experience for 25 years now, but it's in a constant state of evolution, living and breathing. As long as we always try to find the eye of the hurricane, the epicenter of the music that is truly connecting right now, I think we can go for another 25 years! And we'll do it by always making sure to keep it fresh. Four days this year, over 170 of the best bands, including acts from all over the world as the music community connects globally more than ever; the best sound, staging and lights. We promise the festival will always strive to be the 'lifeblood' of the music scene," says Perry Farrell.
This year's collection of fresh faces include ZHU, Aurora, Bryson Tiller, Oh Wonder and Låpsley as well as heavy-hitting female artists including HAIM, Grimes, Alessia Cara, Lindsey Stirling, Kehlani, Melanie Martinez, and a highly anticipated return from Halsey following last year's breakthrough performance.
Flosstradamus, Hardwell, Martin Garrix, Duke Dumont, GRiZ, Big Gigantic, Marshmello and more will bring the beats for Lollapalooza's beloved dance music fans.

Beyoncé Formation tour Soldier Field Chicago
Beyoncé is causing a stir this year and she doesn't give a shit. She and Bruno Mars saved the Superbowl Half-Time show with a mock dance off between the two. But the biggest highlight was Bey's performance of her new song "Formation." While it drove the Beyhive insane, it managed to cause some controversy due to its references to The Black Panther Movement. A few months later, the singer began teasing the mysterious Lemonade project. This past weekend she finally revealed what she'd been working on via an hour long HBO video special: a new album. Now, Beyoncé has done surprise albums before. The thing that has everyone talking is the content. Most of the songs seem to address her marriage to Hip-Hop mogul Jay-Z with suggestions her cheated on her with "Becky with the good hair." Now, both the album and the film have everyone talking including late night hosts Jimmy Fallon and Stephen Colbert. It all shows why Beyonce is Queen Bey.

Kanye West reales "Real Friends" feat. Ty Dolla $ign
Kanye West releases new song Real Friends feat. Ty Dolla $ign. This came after his wife Kim Kardashian took to twitter last night. We are happy to hear this beautiful body of work. He takes a soulful route this time opening up about his past relationships, family and even speaking on his son Saint West. If Ye starts dropping music every Friday could it be the return of G.O.O.D Fridays? We most certainly hope so!
Real friends, how many of us?
How many of us, how many jealous? Real friends
It's not many of us, we smile at each other
But how many honest? Trust issues
Switched up the number, I can't be bothered
I cannot blame you for havin' an angle
I ain't got no issues, I'm just doin' my thing
Hope you're doin' your thing too
I'm a deadbeat cousin, I hate family reunions
Fuck the church up, I'm drinkin' at the communion
Spillin' free wine, now my tux is ruined
In town for a day, what the fuck we doin'?
Who your real friends? We all came from the bottom
I'm always blamin' you, but what's sad, you're not the problem
Damn I forgot to call her, shit I thought it was Thursday
Why you wait a week to call my phone in the first place?
When was the last time I remembered a birthday?
When was the last time I wasn't in a hurry?
-Kanye West

Chris Brown hits Chicago on the Royalty Live tour
Photo: Jeremy Franklin
Chris Brown's Royalty Live tour kicked off in Chicago at the Aragon Ballroom last night. The stage was set with live instruments so we all knew we were in for a treat. His set started with hit record Fine By Me off his highly anticipated album Royalty. Chris Brown took the stage and fans pushed there way to get as close as possible. From start to finish Chris Brown's set was full of energy featuring a live 4 piece band and dancers. This was my first time seeing Chris perform live and it was an amazing experience.
His stage presence was incredible interacting with fans and at one point he jumps off stage into the crowd to perform. Throughout his performance he mixed in songs thats he's featured on with artists like Nicki Minaj, DJ Khaled and Tyga just to name a few. The show came to a close with him performing his hit song Loyal. Some of his loyal fans were able to get some memorabilia when he threw his shirt and hat into the crowd. Be on the look out for Royalty to be released on December 18, 2015, through RCA Records as the follow-up to his sixth studio album X.
