[Video] #FACTSONLY Interview With Jay Z

Y'all didn't think YN was just going to sit back and let everyone but him get their one on one time with SC, did you? Rap Radar's Elliott Wilson sat down with enigma Jay Z for an installment of "The Truth With Elliott Wilson" exclusively on Jay Z's Life + Times YouTube channel.

In this two part #FactsOnly interview, Mr. Wilson picks Mr. Carter's brain at the Yankees baseball museum inside Yankeees stadium before Hov's "Legends Of The Summer" show alongside Justin Timberlake. In part one, the New Yorkers discuss the fruition of Magna Carta... Holy Grail, re-writing the rules in the music industry, his connection to NYC, and the new legends.  In the second installment Jay speaks about the competitiveness in hip hop, his responsibility to managing young athletes, and his thoughts on the Trayvon Martin verdict.

Throughout the interview Jay is earnest, brutally honest, and seemingly comfortable - sharing vignettes of his life and declaring his reign over the multiple facets of business including music and sports management. Though Jay is typically meek and sarcastic in interviews, tip-toeing around questions he doesn't feel like answering, he divulges information and gives the viewer a sincere glimpse of himself as a man, husband, father, and artist.

Check out the #FactsOnly interview below. Shout-out to Elliott Wilson for this!

[RH Video Premiere] Netherfriends: "Summer Sex" (feat. Auggie the 9th)

This week has been a hot one all across the country. It's hard not to step outside without becoming a moist mess. All of that sweat and dirt isn't a good look. But hey, why fight the weather when you can throw some sexual shenanigans into the mix? The aptly titled "Summer Sex" by recent music sensation and Pitchfork alumni Netherfriends and rap game superstar Auggie the 9th was featured on the former's hip hop album, New CHI-t.

The two teamed up with video vet (and LOD brother) FragD films to deliver a music video that definitely won't help with the heat. Glimpses of tantalizing, soft-focused lady silhouettes are contrasted by side profiles of Auggie and Netherfriends as they vocalize their support for some summer sex. This is one of FragD films' best videos to date.

The video drops just in time for Pitchfork goers to prepare for the weekend and sweaty couples to get even sweatier.  Don't fight the heat; just give into the most carnal of desires and let Auggie the 9th's and Netherfriends' smooth melodies and deep baritones be your soundtrack for the moment...s.

[RH Video] Netherfriends: "Black Belt Freestyle" (feat. Swords the Ronin)

The unofficial "Summer of Netherfriends" continues with this first look at the artist's Kind of Buzzed vol. 2. Shot at a recent show at Cafe Mustache by the enigmatic Geoff Henao (who is that guy?), "Black Belt Freestyle" features Swords the Ronin freestyling over Netherfriends' musical improvisations. For those that don't remember, the Kind of Buzzed series features Netherfriends playing instrumental improvisations while local rappers spit freestyles over them. It's a great concept that not only showcases Netherfriends' versatility, but also spotlights the rappers' rapbilities.

You can also listen to "Black Belt Freestyle" sans video below. The entire Kind of Buzzed vol. 2 should be coming out soon, so keep your eyes (and ears) open for that.

[Video] Kanye West: "Black Skinhead"

Yesterday, the first video from Kanye West's Yeezus, "Black Skinhead," leaked to the masses. Before being taken down, the fine people over at Rap Dose ripped the video for posterity. Somewhat similar in style to the videos projected during the early Yeezus marketing push, the video for "Black Skinhead" is pretty minimalistic in its plain black and white look. What's interesting is the main figure in the video appears to be animated. Nevertheless, the visuals stay true to the album's insistence on keeping the production as stripped down and simple as possible. Enjoy the video for as long as it's up. Hopefully, the fans will dig what Kanye's doing, because I feel like the rest of Yeezus' videos will be similar in style.

[Video] Caleb James: "I'm Gone"

Last time they checked in Caleb James & Davy Greenberg where making moves out in L.A., that's is probably the place where they shot this cool new video for the track "I'm Gone" off Caleb's The Jones project. This visual wraps up yet another impressive week by SaveMoney and the crew is present here also through logos, rhymes and tatoos. Peep below alongside the flyer for his upcoming show at Reggie's on July 19th.

[Video] Brewski: "Cocky" (prod. by Young Chop)

Brewski is a little cocky... okay, maybe more than just a little. The Chicago rapper flexes his machismo over a Young Chop beat in this DGainz-inspired party video directed by Brianna Lashé. The champagne's running, the arms are flexing, and the girls are kissing; that's all you really need, right? What's up with that KG jersey, though?

[Video] #100Trill X ElevenHundred interview

#100Trill (MikeJaxx and Grade Aplus) were recently interviewed by ElevenHundred for their upcoming documentary. Shot inside Jugrnaut, the mini-interview goes into a bit behind the mindset of the LOD members, including their adoption of the trill lifestyle, as well as a question I personally have wondered myself: "What's up with that gold piece, Jaxx?" The interview is set to #100Trill's "Chain Clean," which was a nice touch. Expect to hear more from the group... hopefully really soon.
