Bumpy Knuckles and DJ Premier have come together for a full-length album called KoleXXXion. I’ve posted a couple tracks from the project so far, and everything we’ve heard has been sounding very dope. The have duo let off one more song from the LP before its release tomorrow. For this leak, DJ Premier goes into the vaults and gives the remix treatment to “Turn Up The Mics”, which features Nas and was originally released in 2004. Although this is still a solid remix, I don’t think anything really touches the original version, which I bought on vinyl when it dropped and played the hell out of. Listen and download below.
