Jon Arrington is a new emcee from Chicago that first popped on our radar during the summer with his single and video, “Let’em Have It”. Over the holidays, Arrington dropped the full Let’em Have It EP, which definitely fulfills the promise created with the title track. The EP is executively produced by the Blended Babies, which gives Arrington a wide range of sounds with which to tell his story. Vocally and lyrically, Arrington is solid. He somewhat reminds me of Joey Bada$$ a little bit with his voice.
