This week’s edition of the Weekly Netflix Fix has a few gems, definitely overshadowing last week’s somewhat paltry additions. The amazing street culture/Banksy documentary, Exit Through the Gift Shop, has returned to Netflix. The Shia LaBeouf-led Charlie Countryman is also available. Keen readers will remember I praised the cinematography, but the film ultimately didn’t live up to its promising premise. Cartoon Network’s Camp Lazlo!, the spiritual successor to Rocko’s Modern Life by creator Joe Murray, also entered the Netflix fray. However, this week’s biggest draw is Joseph Gordon-Levitt’s spectacular directorial debut, Don Jon, and my personal recommendation for this week.
