Joe Cool: "#OctoberAfternoon x I Wanna Sell Drugs"

As I play a little catch up I start off with bringing you not only 1 track but 2 tracks of pure dopeness from the man that is Joe Cool. First off is only fitting that it corresponds to the awesome weather we have been having with "#OctoberAfternoon." As an October baby myself, October has always been one of my favorite months but not only because of that reason. We go into the time where we aren't having heat strokes and also we aren't head to toe in as much clothing as possible. It's a time we we can just sit back and chill and enjoy ourselves. Next up is the end all dream for all you greenthumbs out there. What comes as another smooth track, "I Wanna Sell Drugs" tells the story of that everyday grind for all that green. Grab both these tracks right below.

[Video] Kidd Steve: "Kandy (Nightlife)"

Kidd Steve is a rapper out of California who I have been jamming to for a while but I only introduced to all of you a short while ago. He was recently down in Las Vegas and decided to put some visuals to his song "Kandy" and even while it was quickly put together, fits the song oh so perfectly. It's only fitting that I share this one at night, so enjoy the smooth stylings of Kidd Steve. The video was shot by @ChuckNLV. "Kandy" comes from his EP Go which I will also include below.

Kuhlamity ft. Chuuwee: "From The West To The East"

I'm pleased to be back again to share with you some more music from the kid straight from my home town, Kuhlamity. Last time around Kuhlamity went back and forth on some brandUn DeShay production as well as a feature and this time he grabs the Sacramento spitter Chuuwee. Both tracks will find their way to Kuhlamity's upcoming project C.O.A.T. (Center Of A Tension) which will be dropping sometime in the near future. The entire tape is going to be produced by deShay and with how much Kuhlamity is adapting to his rap skills it is going to be a project to definitely give a look. Each song I hear from him you can tell how much harder he's been working at it and "From The West To The East" is only the most recent example of that. You can stream/download at the link below.

Carmine and Rajeev: "Finish Line"

I wish I could give you some background on these two but I don't have much. I got an email from Rajeev with a brief description of the track and after I listened I knew that it didn't need much explanation because it was greatness. With today being an absolutely beautiful day in NYC, "Finish Line," fits the mood perfectly. With days like this slowly disappearing as we head into fall, "Finish Line" is a track you should preferably scoop up and blast out your car as you enjoy a day like today and then once it gets cold you can play it inside and bring you right back to those days. Steven Pugh did a great job on the beat as well. Grab the track right below.

Soulfully Me: "Ventilation"

So I came across Soulfully Me from this track "Ventilation," which is part of this little project that he will be doing where he raps over a 9th Wonder beat every week until his EP coming in early 2012. I mean rapping over 9th Wonder is never a problem, unless you do it badly which Soulfully Me is far from. It was then that I found out we ever did a RH First Look on him which completely made me understand that I wasn't alone in thinking he is beyond dope. Go right down below to grab this dopeness from Soulfully Me. Also tune into BET's 106 & Park on October 26th if you like because Soulfully Me will be appearing.

[Mixtape] Luck-One: "King Of The Northwest"

My email just keeps building and building so I have been trying to do my best to dig through as much as possible and pick out the gems and get them up here. One of those is Luck-One with his newest mixtape, "King Of The Northwest." Hailing from Portland he first jumped onto my radar when he linked up with producer Dekk to create "Beautiful Music" which to this day still gets raves from anyone who listens to it. It has been quite a while since then and Luck-One has done a lot of work and you can tell from what the finish product sounds like. It is hard not to say that "King" is my favorite track but that beat goes. You can stream the project then download on the link below. Enjoy.

Isaiah The 3rd: "What's Next" featuring D. Julien

I'm bringing you some home cooking right out of my native state of New York. Isaiah The 3rd and D. Julien are two rappers out of NYC who have so much in common with their attack to their music. Telling a story is first and foremost and you can tell it throughout all their music. I have been waiting for D. Julien to resurface for a while because his music was always something that I wanted to see what it was going to sound like. Hopefully these two make some more tunes together. You can stream/download the track right below.

[Album] TiRon & Ayomari: A Sucker For Pumps

Even before we were rocking tall boys out of a backpack at RH's SXSW Showcase I was a huge fan of TiRon & Ayomari. For those who have been the same we all have been yelling out saying we have wanted a collaborative effort from the two and we were all finally rewarded with that with A Sucker For Pumps. The two have came together for what to this day is possibly my favorite song ever with the OG version of "Everything Is Going Fine." For those who somehow haven't heard of these two, TiRon & Ayomari are two Cali cats who have been shaping their own niche of rap music in a group of California rappers who are taking forefront in the game today. These two just ooze good music and don't let anything below the highest of standards get out there. My favorites from ASFP are All My Love, No Wonder, & Her Theme Song so if you want to check out what I was rocking to check out those first. The day it came out I went straight to iTunes to purchase my copy of ASFP and well of course you should do the exact same, I promise you won't be let down. You can find the link to purchase/stream this project right down below.
