YP: "Paper" (From New Mixtape w/DJ RTC)
YP finally sent over some music for our new project, No Sleep, which will be dropping sometime this summer. YP rose through the ranks to become one of the Windy City's most promising prospects, and from what I've heard thus far, No Sleep is going to make him a national one. The first listening sample comes in the form of "Paper", and is yours for the taking below.
This Saturday YP and I will be performing live together at Sub-T as part of Homegrown Heroes. This is our first set together and we have some special things planned, including giving you a taste of more new music from our No Sleep project. Download "Paper" below, more info and music coming soon.

Andreya Triana: "Lost Where I Belong" Flying Lotus Remix
Andreya Triana's debut LP, Lost Where I Belong, is a testament to stick-to-it-ness. The singer/songwriter buttressed her recording dreams with stints working as a waitress, at a hearing aid shop, as well an envelope stuffer. The full album hits September 9th, and was recorded in the South London studio of Bonobo. Today we have the Flying Lotus remix of the album's lead single and title track. Check it out below.

Celebrate Your Bday with a Tee Shirt: Zozotown x BBC
Ahhh, the birthday tee... A lot of people are doing that these days. The newest addition to the anniversary tee edition comes from ZOZOTOWN, who is celebrating the birthday of its Ice Cream Store. Curren$y: "Nothin' But Us" feat Smoke Dza
Here is another leak from Curren$y's forthcoming Pilot Talk release (street date 7.13.10). Smoke Dza (who is reportedly about to land his own major label deal) is on board for the assist and pays homage to Naledge of Kidz In The Hall by re-upping his "higher than giraffe pussy" line... "Nothing But Us" contains Curren$y's now famous pre-verse mumbling over a slow-rolling beat that is heavy on the horn. Ski Beatz gets the production credit, and it can be found below.
