[Video] Agent Provacteur Ad Starring Irina Shayk

Last week, we shared Irina Shayk's latest photo spread for GQ Russia, and it looks like the model is keeping herself busy. Irina stars in the lingerie brand Agent Provocatuer's newest campaign for their new Fall/Winter 2013 L'Agent collection. Not only did Penelope Cruz direct the video, but with the help of her sister, she also designed the pieces for the line. The setting for the video takes place at a house party where all the women are dressed in lingerie, but I won't say anymore; check out the video below.

[Short Film] STAR WARS FILIBUSTER: Patton Oswalt's Rant Animated

http://youtu.be/CvdoLRBudwU

Back in April when word came out that George Lucas had sold the Star Wars franchise to Disney, everybody with even a passing interest in films had a reaction to the announcement. Comedian/actor Patton Oswalt (Young Adult) made waves when he was shot delivering a "Star Wars filibuster" during taping of an episode of Parks and Recreation where he went on a large rant about his ideas for the upcoming seventh film in the franchise.

In an exclusive video for Nerdist, animator Daniel Spellman created a short animation of Oswalt's rant, which mixed Star Wars mythos with the Marvel Film Universe (another Disney-owned property), robots, a severed Chewbacca head, and even Greek gods from Clash of the Titans. While Oswalt's rant stands on its own, this animation certainly adds an extra layer to the concept and sticks out when compared to other similar animated shorts.

The video --which was premiered on HBO--was directed by Mark Romanek and featured cameos by Rosie Perez, Wale, Taraji P. Henson, Lyor Cohen, Alan Cumming, Judd Apatow, Marina Abramovic, among others. [Video] New Elysium clip features Matt Damon fighting a robot

[youtube id="4shqTFVmUjM" mode="normal" align="center"]

I'm really excited for Elysium, so much so that I should probably temper my expectations a bit, considering the last sci-fi film I was anticipating wasn't exactly everything I wanted it to be... Still, with every new clip and trailer, I can't help but be excited for Neil Blomkamp's sophomore film. Come on, Matt Damon's starring in it, and who can deny Jason Bourne's star power?

In this short clip, Damon's character is in the middle of a heist as he fights off William Fichtner's (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles) character and one of his security droids. The best part of the clip, and something that was very evident in Blomkamp's District 9, is just how fluid the CGI work is. The security droids look as if they're actually there and don't have that "aura" to them that makes them look completely artificial.

Elysium hits theaters on August 9th.

[Video] Giftz & SAVEMONEY: "Nino Remix" Live @ Reggies

[Video] Lucki Eck$: "Alternative Trap" Release Party Promo

Lucki Eck$ profile rose significantly this year thanks in part by a strong backing from Elevator Mag and FSD's Andrew Barber, but to not properly credit his success due to the talent Lucki possess and the quality of the material he has released so far would be highly inaccurate and extremely wrong. The emcee is a genius when it comes to wordplay, which helps him give us his unique vision in a very enhancing way and his non-chalant flow submerges you even more into the aesthetics of the trap stories he tells in his songs. That's truly why his upcoming tape is one of year's most awaited projects.

Alternative Trap is set to drop on July 25 and a release part will be held on July 24 at New Era store, to promote the 'tape and the event, Lucki linked up once again with Elevator to shoot a quick video that sheds some light behind the concept of Alternative Trap. Peep below.

[Video] YC the Cynic: "Molotovs at Poseidon"

Last month, we shared the tripped-out "God Complex" video by New York MC YC the Cynic. Today, we're sharing his latest video, "Molotovs at Poseidon." Directed by AaronIsNotCool, the entire video was shot in one 3-minute long take, which is very impressive for any video format, music or otherwise. This might not appeal to those who don't really care much about film or music videos, but being able to shoot an entire video without cuts or edits is remarkable.

"Molotovs at Poseidon" follows YC's flows as a masked man pulls a gun on him before his entourage pull theirs on him, matching YC's delivery about always staying ahead of the game, as well as a carried-over theme from "God Complex" about being a god. My favorite lines go, "Your damage is none. You just threw a molotov at Poseidon/Then felt the flood in your iris and cried for an act of kindness." YC is a lyricist through and through, dropping similes backpackers and old school hip hop heads would dig, while also appealing to current hip hop homies with his smooth flow.

I'm telling you, there's something about the New York rapper that I can't get enough of. His debut album, GNK, is coming soon, and I honestly can't wait to hear through everything YC has to offer.
