After a few weeks of questionable updates, Netflix comes with a strong collection of new titles this week. My personal recommendation for this week comes in the form of ESPN’s 30 for 30: Bad Boys, the latest installment in the sports network’s outstanding line of sports documentaries. Bad Boys tracks the rise of the ’80s Detroit Pistons, anchored by Isaiah Thomas and Bill Laimbeer. Other highlights this week include the very divisive anime, Kill la Kill, Robert Rodriguez’s Machete Kills, and the rogue DIY film shot in Disney Land, Escape from Tomorrow.
