The Power of Image Manipulation by Dariusz Klimczak

Photos by Dariusz Klimczak

Through the power of image manipulation in Photoshop, Polish photographer Dariusz Klimczak creates dreamlike images, unique from anyone else. From playful to dreary, he manages to combine both human and animal subjects to defy gravity or even any simple law of physics. Furthermore, he prefers to keep the majority of his images in black and white to add a deeper, thought-provoking, and surreal effect. It's hard to believe that out of 30 years as a professional photographer, Kimczak has spent only a few creating photo manipulations.

Allow yourself to get lost in the following photos and check out more of his work here. Each image is abstract, original, and nothing short of brilliant.

The Dream Life of Game of Thrones actress Emilia Clarke

Photos by Lachlan Bailey/WSJ

The March 2014 issue of WSJ. Magazine features a rising, Emmy-nominated actress with an interview and photo spread titled "The Dream Life of Emilia Clarke".  The 26 year old British actress is most recognizably known for her current role in the HBO series Game of Thrones, where she plays the intimidating Mother of Dragons, definitely not an easy role to play. In recent news, Clarke will be leaping onto the big screen in the remake of Terminator for the role of Sarah Connor, due out in 2015.

In the interview, we learn quite a few things about Emilia Clarke: from her start on Broadway, her rather humorous personality, her Spice Girls impersonation during a musical audition at the age of 10, having recently dated funny man Seth MacFarlane, to her role in the upcoming season of Game of Thrones, premiering in April.

Check out the following photos from the fun and sexy photo spread with photographer Lachlan Bailey, and be sure to cop the March issue of WSJ. Magazine to hit newsstands on February 15.

Miley Cyrus is Barely Recognizable in W Magazine Spread

Photos by Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott/W Magazine

The controversial singer, Miley Cyrus, snags our attention yet again with a barely recognizable photo spread for W Magazine's March 2014 issue. Adorned with jewelry and bleached eyebrows, the 21-year-old appears naked on the cover while straddling a white pillow. Inside the issue, she poses in low-cut dresses and even topless, exposing part of her breast. As we are all used to seeing Miley pretty exposed, the photos have people wondering why she is so unrecognizable. Is it the work of extensive Photoshop or for the simple lack of eyebrows? Although her style has been questionable lately, the photos are visually appealing and done quite tastefully, they're even pretty artistic.

The article includes an exclusive interview by Ronan Farrow, where she elaborates on recent negative press, her care-free lifestyle, monetary success, personal style and even space aliens... yes, space aliens. I suppose nothing should cease to amaze with Miley, but the interview was actually entertaining and flows well with the photo spread.

Do you recognize Miley in the following photos? Be sure to check out the interview here.

Photos by Riccardo Tisci/Purple Magazine

Cast by world renown Italian fashion designer Riccardo Tisci, Erykah Badu stars in Givenchy's SS14 Collection, fortifying her stamp in the fashion industry. The announcement that Badu would be the face of the brand’s Spring/Summer 2014 collection came late last year by Tisci himself, after being inspired to create a line mashed up of African and Japanese influences. With Givenchy already being one of the most respected fashion lines in the industry, the collaboration effortlessly proved to be a success with praise from blogs to runways around the world.

In most recent news, popularity of this collaboration widened with photos of what appears to be a spread styled by Riccardo for the French Magazine Purple. Olympus Unveils New E-M10: Portable and Affordable

Just this week Olympus impressed the photography world with the unveiling it's new O-MD E-M10, which highlights their new Micro Four Thirds mirrorless camera, and looks like it's quite the competition for the latest Fujifilm release. And they didn't stop there, they also announced a new 14-42mm zoom lens, a fast 25mm wide-angle lens, a body cap lens, and an impressive long zoom, creating a durable camera with plenty of accessories to match.

Although the new model looks very similar to the E-M5, it's proportionally smaller, feels more durable with it's metal body, and the best part: it's much more affordable. The E-M10 also has some pretty neat features, such as Wi-Fi connectivity, a more advanced autofocus system, a sharper screen, and the same image processor as the 16-megapixel sensor found in the high-end E-M1. Basically, it gives you pro-style performance in a digital camera that is much easier to carry around.

The Silver and Black versions of the OM-D E-M10 will be available in stores in March, and will cost you $699 for the body only and $799 bundled with a kit including the M.ZUIKO DIGITAL 14-42 mm f3.5-5.6 II R lens. A release date for the accessories are yet to be announced.

You can learn a lot more about this camera by heading over to Olympus. For now, definitely check out the following photos.
