This week’s “The Weekly Swarm” is a little late, and I apologize for that. I was covering Spring Awakening all weekend, trying my best not to give in to the temptations of flashing lights, half-naked girls, and off-beat dancing to a lot of wub wub wub. It was a fun weekend getting an inside look at a scene I don’t know much about. The photos from Spring Awakening will be going up later this week, so if I took photos of you over the past few days: fear not, they’ll be up in a few days.
Last week was action-packed: E3 2013 took place, shaping the next generation of video games with Microsoft’s Xbox One and Sony’s PlayStation 4 settling their prices and release windows, the trailer for The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug was released, we got word of a surprise project from Jay-Z, Bobby took us to space with awesome photographs of the Earth, and much, much more.
We also welcomed Brynn Bixby to the Ruby Hornet team. Everybody welcome Brynn! Props to Brynn, Bobby, and Pedro for holding it down last week.
