I want to formally introduce everybody to Alex Katz. He and I used to write alongside one another in our past lives, and it’s great to bring him into the Ruby Hornet family. You’ll mostly see his name with film and tech posts, but who knows? Maybe he’l jump in and join the fun with some local Virginia rappers… yeah, probably not.
Last week, the 49th Chicago International Film Festival ended just in time for Chance the Rapper to embark on his first headlining tour. The first official trailer for Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues came out, as well as our first official look at Captain America: The Winter Soldier. Interviews with Melt-Banana and Nate Fox were in the mix with PYRRAMIDS’ and RETROSPECT’s new videos. Blue is the Warmest Color‘s Adele Exarchopoulos posed for GQ while Virgil went on a photo journey through the streets of Austin, TX.
